1. SALES CONDITIONS
These general sales conditions ("Sales Conditions") establish the terms that regulate the purchase by the user ("User" or "Customer") of the products offered by the Seller through the CUPRA Marketplace (the "Website").
If you have any questions regarding these Sales Conditions or the Products, you may contact the seller through the contact methods indicated on the Website.
2. PRODUCTS: INFORMATION AND PRICES
Information regarding the Products will be published and accessible to the Customer on the Website. Sales of products and shipments will only be made to Spain and the Balearic Islands through this Website. In this case, shipments to the Canary Islands, Ceuta, and Melilla are not made. Items purchased by the Customer will be processed within 24 hours following the acceptance of the Order by PLAYSEAT, at the cost specifically indicated in the Store before the Order is shipped.
The price of the products on the Website includes Value Added Tax (VAT) and will be understood in euros (€). Product prices may vary and include offers and promotions. Shipping costs will be detailed separately on the invoice. The price also includes transportation and packaging costs. The customer will bear a global amount for shipping, which may vary depending on the value of the order and the destination, taking into account a possible surcharge for delivery to a remote area.
Before confirming the purchase, the customer will be shown the total cost of the order, and they will have the possibility to modify -totally or partially- or cancel the order completely.
Prices may change at any time. However, any changes will not affect Products for which PLAYSEAT has already sent the Shipping Confirmation.
3. DELIVERY TIMES AND CONDITIONS
Once the purchase by the User through the Website is formalized, the Seller will proceed with the shipment of the Product, according to these conditions. The indicated delivery times should be considered purely indicative, and a delay or eventual delivery made with successive partial shipments does not entitle the Customer to reject the delivery itself and to request compensation or indemnification. Additionally, during periods of high demand or holidays, these times may be longer than usual.

5. RETURNS
Playseat.es return policy is designed to be as fair and trouble-free as possible. We offer a 30-day return period; any item or product can be returned for any reason*. Please contact us before returning the item to obtain a return authorization.
How to return an item: To initiate the return process, please click here to access the "customer service" page. Send us an email indicating the reason for the return and the invoice or order number. Please make sure to contact us before returning anything to make the process as easy as possible.
Non-defective items (change of mind): If you change your mind, you can return the items within 30 days for a full refund of the item. However, you are responsible for all shipping costs on non-defective items. The return must be made with the package unopened (with its original seal). Otherwise, a 35% charge will be applied.
Defective items (damaged, etc.): Be sure to carefully inspect any item for possible damage before signing the acknowledgment of receipt of the package, as handling and shipping costs cannot be refunded. If your order arrives damaged or defective, you must note it on the arrival receipt and refuse delivery to avoid paying the return shipping costs. If this is not done, you will be responsible for the return shipping costs to the manufacturer. Please notify us of any delivery issues as soon as possible to expedite the refund process.
In situations where a damaged product can be repaired by a technician or end user, Playseat.es may choose to provide spare parts or a technician instead of returning the entire item.
Please note that you will be responsible for additional shipping costs in the following cases:
- You miss your delivery appointment.
- You reject a non-defective item.
- Important exceptions.
- Refurbished items
Packaging and shipping of your returns:
When sending an item back to Playseat.es, please ensure the following: The item is in its original boxes with all packaging, accessories, and original documents. Returned items that do not contain the original packaging, accessories, and original documents are subject to a restocking fee. The product will be properly packaged to prevent damage during transportation.
Restocking fees:
In order to keep our prices low, a restocking fee will be charged in certain cases to recover the cost associated with returns. A restocking fee of up to 35% will be assessed in the following situations
- The merchandise is not defective.
- The merchandise has been used, assembled, or worn.
- Unauthorized orders
Returns that were sent after 30 days from the date of receipt (Note: unless authorized, late returns will be rejected). Any return that is not the result of damaged, defective merchandise, or a shipping error. Important Note: Some items that are shipped directly from the manufacturer are subject to a restocking fee of up to 35%, regardless of their condition.
Product warranty and parts information:
After 30 days, purchases made from Playseat.es are no longer covered by our return policy. After this time, products are covered by the warranty of their respective manufacturers and, in most cases, can be taken to an authorized service center for repair. To find out how warranty claims from a particular manufacturer are handled, please contact us at info@playseat.es.
6. PRODUCT WARRANTY
Without prejudice to the provisions of the previous clauses 4 and 5, the Seller will respond to the Customer in case the Products present any lack of conformity, i.e., they do not conform to the description and qualities made available to the Customer on the Web, are not suitable for the ordinary uses for which they are intended, or present manufacturing defects.
The legal warranty period for the Products is [three (3) years] from the date of delivery of the Product to the Customer (the "Warranty"), although it does not include deficiencies caused by negligence, improper use, or improper handling of the Product by the Customer.
Once the existence of such defects or lack of conformity has been verified by the Seller, and provided they are covered by the Warranty, the Customer may choose between repairing or replacing the Product unless one of these two options is impossible or, compared to the other, entails disproportionate costs for the Seller; all in accordance with the provisions of the applicable consumer and user legislation.
To benefit from the Warranty, the Customer must keep their purchase confirmation. For any questions related to the Warranty, the Customer may contact the contact methods of the Seller, indicated on the Web.
For Playseat products, the factory will verify the defect and decide whether to send the defective part or replace the entire item. For Thrustmaster products, the customer will need to open a ticket/RMA on the Thrustmaster website, where they will be instructed on how to proceed. Playseat does not cover the shipping costs for these warranties.

8. LEGISLATION
The present purchasing system is subject to the current legislation in Spain (Civil Code, Commercial Code, Law 7/1996, of January 15, on retail trade, Law 7/1998, on General Conditions of Contracting, Law 26/1984, General for the Defense of Consumers and Users, Royal Decree 1906/1999, of December 17, on telephone and electronic contracting with general conditions, and Law 34/2002, on Information Society Services and Electronic Commerce). In accordance with Law 34/2002 of July 11, the contract shall be presumed to be concluded at the seller's domicile (Spain). If any disagreements arise as a result of the present contractual relationship and cannot be resolved amicably, they shall be submitted to the Courts deemed competent in each case.
9. PRIVACY
The personal data collected with the order shipment will be processed by PLAYSEAT solely for the purpose of fulfilling the Customer's explicit requests, in accordance with EU Regulation 2016/679 and the site's privacy policy. Any further processing will only be carried out with the express consent of the Customer.
