“The Unconventional Blend” coffee, made from 60% Santa Cecilia (Brazil) and 40% Cooperativa Ally (Colombia). Both coffees are of medium/high intensity for drinking alone or with milk. The Brazil bean has notes of cocoa and nuts, bringing hazelnut creams to mind, while the
bean from Colombia rekindles a mellow acidity and silky body. Add milk for a sweet and balanced result.
Composition: Natural roast coffee
Ingredients: mix of Arabic varieties
Physicochemical characteristics:
Moisture: maximum 5%.
Caffeine: Minimum 0.7% w/o dry matter.
Total ash content: 6% maximum w/o dry matter.
Soluble solids of the aqueous extract: Between 20% and 35%.
Okra toxin A: Maximum 5 pg/kg.

Best before date for 250 g bag: 12 months, from date of manufacture.
